Businessman, industrialists, and billionaires from India grace the event including big names, such as Motilal Oswal (Chairman of Motilal Oswal Group),Satish Parrock (Chairman Ashoka Buildcon—Fortune 500 Company), Ramesh Parrock (Owner GM Modular), Abhay Shri Sreema (Owner Lightshow Private Limited), Tejra Jigulecha (Developer in Bangalore) and many such big names. The morning was divided into introductions and speeches by ministers and businessmen both from Australia and India and also the dignitaries.

The afternoon was then broken into seven industry sectors where there were breakout rooms and key note speakers from each sector where Australian and Indian businesses collaborate and signed MOUs. There are 17 MOUs signed on the day that was celebrated at the end of the event where real partnerships and bilateral trade emerged.

The industry sectors were education, real estate, technology, mining, pharmaceutical, medicine, manufacturing, and import / export.
