Young leaders and entrepreneurs program
The Young Leaders and Entrepreneurs Program by JITO Australia is an inspiring initiative that brought together youth from around the globe for an immersive leadership and entrepreneurship development experience.
In collaboration with the University of Melbourne, participants engaged in a two-week program designed to build their skills, broaden their perspectives, and provide practical tools for success.
Week 1: Immersive Learning
The first week took place at Trinity College, University of Melbourne. Here, participants delved into various aspects of leadership and entrepreneurship through workshops, discussions, and practical applications tailored to both their academic and professional journeys.
Week 2: Nationwide Exposure
In the second week, participants travelled to four Australian cities: Melbourne, Canberra, Sydney, and Brisbane. During this time, they stayed with Jain families, fostering cultural exchange and building community bonds.
They also visited prominent industry leaders and corporate organizations, including PricewaterhouseCoopers, Telstra, Accenture, and Clof. These visits offered invaluable insights into corporate operations and entrepreneurship, providing practical takeaways to apply in their future careers.
This transformative program equips young leaders with the skills and experiences they need to thrive in the corporate world or embark on entrepreneurial ventures, all while fostering a sense of global community and collaboration.
