Young leaders and entrepreneur programs was an amazing initiative by Jito Australia where youth from around the globe came together to do a residential leadership and entrepreneurship development program in collaboration with University of Melbourne. The youth had an immersive one week program at Trinity College, University of Melbourne, where they learnt about different facets of leadership, entrepreneurship and practical applications in their work and student life.
The second week of their program they visited 4 cities of Australia namely, Melbourne, Canberra, Sydney and Brisbane where they had the opportunity to live with other Jain families. And also visit industry partners such as PricewaterhouseCoopers, Telstra, Accenture, Clof and other large corporate organisations where they learnt how the corporates are treated and took practical takeaways for their career into corporate or into entrepreneurship.
