Mr. Ben Sethia : Bhupendra (Ben) Sethia is a highly regarded entrepreneur and mentor dedicated to improving lives through entrepreneurship, and education. With over 25 years of experience, he has garnered recognition for his outstanding contributions, Ben’s commitment to lifelong learning is evident in his 12 professional qualifications, including an MBA, CMA, CPA, and GCTE. He has made significant contributions to the education sector, holding executive and senior leadership roles at esteemed universities such as the University of Melbourne, RMIT, and Victoria University. He has worked with industry partners such as UNESCO, Blackmores and the World Bank at the University of Melbourne.

As the founder of the Sethia Group, operating across Property, Finance, Education, Retail, and Health sectors, Ben has spearheaded numerous successful ventures. Nexus Developments APAC, under the property arm, manages projects worth $340 million, while Nexus Wealth Fund offers lucrative investment opportunities. As a forward-thinking leader, he is dedicated to shaping vibrant, sustainable, and thriving built environments that will leave a legacy for the wider community. His Finance companies, Convergence Finance and Fin beat Finance, provide personalized financial services, including unique offerings like car loans for international students. In Education, Ben is working on establishing a private school and other educational ventures. Ben’s vision extends to Retail, with Karts & Kraft aiming to redefine retail with quality products and service. In Health, his focus on developing medical centers and NDIS developments demonstrates a commitment to giving back to the community. Ben’s ultimate goal is economic empowerment, aiming to help individuals achieve financial freedom globally.

Beyond his role at NAB, Vikram’s influence extends into the realm of property investment, where he navigates the complexities of the market with finesse and insight. As the current chairman of the JITO Australia chapter, Vikram is dedicated to fostering better relationships, empowerment, and business networking among the Jain community across Australia. His efforts aim not only to create opportunities but also to nurture the next generation of entrepreneurs. Rahul Jain, originally from India, is a proud Australian citizen who has been contributing to the engineering, transformation & innovation landscape for the past 15 years as the Engineering , transformation & Innovation Portfolio Manager at NAB , Melbourne . Driven by a passion for serving and integrating the Jain community, Rahul is dedicated to fostering principles that enhance communal harmony and development.

An avid cricket & badminton enthusiast, Rahul’s love for the sport is a significant part of his life. Off the field, he enjoys spending quality time with his energetic family of four, which includes his wife and two spirited young boys. Rahul’s professional and personal life reflects his commitment to excellence, community service, and the values of teamwork and perseverance.

Preeti Daga

Preeti, a seasoned communications professional with over 20 years of experience, is a first-generation Australian Indian living in Melbourne Australia.

She currently leads PR, Communications and Digital Marketing for Australia’s largest not-for-profit housing organisation, which has assisted over 1 million people.

Highly regarded within the Indian diaspora, Preeti has held leadership roles at the Australia India Business Council as the President of the Victorian branch and spearheaded the establishment of a dedicated sports-focused chapter.

Her longstanding association with Cricket Australia includes serving as Ambassador for the last two T20 world cup championships and reappointed as the Multicultural Ambassador for the next two years.

She is a Community Ambassador for premier Australian organisations including the AFL and Bully Zero Foundation.

Recognised for her community leadership she has won many accolades and was honoured with the 2019 Pride of Australia medal, Victorian Multicultural Commission’s Emerging Leadership Award (2018), NRI Achievement Award in 2016 and 2017 IABCA Awards.

Preeti has a Bachelor’s and Master’s Degree in Arts (English Literature) from Lady Sri Ram College in Delhi as well as Business and Management diploma from Melbourne. She is currently enrolled in Strategy and Leadership executive course at the Melbourne Business School.
